Scrivo

Privacy Policy

Effective Date: October 29, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Scrivo collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our website, desktop app, mobile app, and related services. Scrivo is operated by Lombardo Media Inc., which is the company responsible for your information.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following information:

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

3. AI Processing

When you use AI features, relevant project, profile, idea, script, or sponsor information may be sent to AI service providers so they can generate responses.

We use AI to assist your creative workflow, but AI output may not always be accurate. You should review AI-generated content before relying on it.

4. Voice Capture

When you use voice capture on an idea page or script page, your recording is sent securely to our AI transcription provider, which turns it into text. We use the transcript to add text to your page.

We do not keep your audio after it has been transcribed. If you are offline, the recording stays on your device until it can be transcribed. We keep a record of how many minutes you have used each month so we can apply your plan's limit, but not the audio or the words you spoke, other than the transcript saved in your own workspace.

Scrivo asks for microphone access only when you start a recording. If you record other people, you are responsible for having their permission.

5. Connected Calendars

You can connect a Google Calendar or an Apple (iCloud) calendar so your personal events appear on your Scrivo calendar. Scrivo only reads your events. It never creates, changes, or deletes anything in your calendar.

Scrivo's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Sign in with Apple and Google

If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive the basic account details they share with us, such as your name and email address. With Apple you can choose to hide your email, in which case we receive a private relay address from Apple.

If you sign in with Apple, we also store an encrypted token from Apple so that, when you delete your account, we can revoke Scrivo's access to your Apple ID as Apple requires.

7. Sponsors and Invoices

Scrivo stores the sponsor deals, amounts, and invoice details you enter, including your own business details and each brand's billing details. This information stays in your workspace. Invoices are created from what you enter, and Scrivo does not send them to brands or process payments between you and a brand.

8. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information with trusted service providers that help us operate Scrivo, such as:

These providers may only use information as needed to provide services to Scrivo.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.

9. Data Storage and Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no system is completely secure.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe.

10. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide Scrivo, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce agreements.

If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize associated data, including your calendar connections and Apple sign-in token, unless retention is required for legal, security, billing, or legitimate business reasons.
