Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: October 29, 2026
Welcome to Scrivo. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Scrivo, including our website, desktop app, mobile app, and related services.
By creating an account or using Scrivo, you agree to these Terms.
Scrivo is operated by Lombardo Media Inc. In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Lombardo Media Inc.
1. About Scrivo
Scrivo is a creative workspace for planning projects, scripts, tasks, sponsors, invoices, gear, calendars, moodboards, storyboards, voice notes, and related production work.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login details secure. You can sign in with email, Google, or Apple. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Scrivo. If you are using Scrivo on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have permission to accept these Terms for that business.
3. Plans and Billing
Scrivo may offer free and paid plans. Paid plans may include additional features, storage, AI usage, voice transcription time, or project limits. Usage limits reset monthly where described on our pricing page.
Prices, features, and limits may change over time. If we make material changes to paid plans, we will provide reasonable notice where required.
Subscription purchases may be handled by third-party payment providers. You are responsible for any taxes, fees, or charges related to your subscription.
4. Your Content
You own the projects, scripts, notes, files, images, videos, sponsor information, gear information, and other content you add to Scrivo.
By using Scrivo, you give us permission to store, process, display, sync, back up, and transmit your content as needed to provide the service.
You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to upload or use any content you add to Scrivo.
5. AI Features
Scrivo may include AI features that generate ideas, suggestions, scripts, hooks, titles, sponsor reads, or reviews.
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to use any AI-generated content.
Do not submit sensitive, confidential, illegal, or highly personal information into AI features unless you understand and accept the risk.
6. Voice Capture
Voice capture lets you record your voice and have it turned into text by an AI transcription service. Transcripts may contain mistakes, so please review them. Each plan includes a monthly amount of transcription time, and recordings that would go over your limit may be declined.
Only record yourself, or people who have agreed to be recorded. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to recording where you are.
7. Connected Calendars and Planning
You can connect a Google or Apple calendar to see your personal events in Scrivo. You give Scrivo read-only access, and you can disconnect at any time in Settings. A connection may stop working if the calendar provider changes or revokes access, or if you change your password or app-specific password.
Scrivo may suggest times to work on a project's tasks based on when you appear to be free. These are suggestions only. Nothing is added to your Scrivo calendar until you approve it, and Scrivo does not check that a suggested time is right for you. You remain responsible for your schedule and your deadlines.
8. Sponsors and Invoices
Scrivo helps you track sponsor deals, payments, and deliverables, and lets you create invoices from the information you enter. Scrivo is not a party to your agreements with brands, does not send invoices for you, and does not collect payments between you and a brand.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter, for sending invoices, and for any taxes, legal requirements, or contract terms that apply to your work. Scrivo does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice.
9. Founding Offer for Waitlist Members
People who join the Scrivo waitlist before early access opens on December 1 may receive an offer of 50% off their first month of a paid plan. This offer is for waitlist members only and applies to the Essential and Pro plans on monthly billing. It does not apply to the Free plan or to yearly billing.
We email a single-use code to the address you joined the waitlist with on December 1. The code must be used by December 15, 2026. It is limited to one per person, cannot be combined with other offers, cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, and applies to your first month only. We may end or change the offer for anyone who misuses it.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Scrivo to:
- Break the law
- Infringe someone else’s rights
- Upload harmful, abusive, or illegal content
- Attempt to access another user’s account or data
- Reverse engineer, attack, overload, or disrupt Scrivo
- Abuse AI features, automation, storage, or system limits
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
11. Availability and Changes
We are continuously improving Scrivo. Features may change, be added, or be removed.
We aim to keep Scrivo reliable, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
12. Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and associated data. Some information may be retained where required for legal, billing, fraud prevention, security, or legitimate business purposes.
13. Intellectual Property
Scrivo, including its software, design, branding, logo, and features, is owned by Scrivo or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit Scrivo without permission.
14. Third-Party Services
Scrivo may rely on third-party services for hosting, authentication, payments, storage, analytics, AI, email, or other functionality. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
15. Disclaimers
Scrivo is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that Scrivo will meet your needs, be error-free, or produce perfect results.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Scrivo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to Scrivo in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you used Scrivo for free.
17. Termination
You may stop using Scrivo at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if continued access creates legal, security, or operational risk.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice where appropriate. Continued use of Scrivo after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
