Vista Lens Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Scrivo App about your use of Vista Lens, a film-style camera app for iPhone, and its Community. Please read them. By using Vista Lens you agree to them.

1. Acceptance and license

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app. After you buy Vista Lens from the App Store, we give you a personal, non-transferable license to use it on your devices, as allowed by the App Store rules. You may not copy, sell, rent or reverse engineer the app, except where the law allows it.

2. Purchases and refunds

Vista Lens is a one-time purchase through the App Store. Apple handles all payments and refunds. For a refund, contact Apple.

3. Community and your content

You are responsible for what you publish to the Community. You must own, or have the right to share, every photo you upload as a sample preview.

Do not publish or upload:

We use filtering and review to keep the Community safe. We may remove content or suspend accounts at our discretion, including when these rules are broken.

4. Reports and blocking

You can report content and block other users inside the app. We act on reports promptly, within 24 hours where possible.

5. License you give us

You keep ownership of your styles and your photos. When you publish, you give us a non-exclusive license to host and display your styles and sample photos within the app so the Community can work. You can remove your content at any time by deleting it, or by deleting your account.

6. The app is provided as is

To the extent allowed by law, Vista Lens and the Community are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not promise that the app will always work without interruption or errors.

7. Limit of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Scrivo App is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, photos or profits, arising from your use of Vista Lens or the Community. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app.

8. Changes

We may update the app, the Community and these terms. If we change the terms, we will post the new version on this page with a new date. If you keep using Vista Lens after a change, you accept the updated terms.

9. Apple

These terms are between you and Scrivo App only, and not with Apple. Apple is not a party to these terms and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Vista Lens. Scrivo App, not Apple, is responsible for the app and its content, and for any claims about it.

If the app does not meet a warranty that applies to it, you may tell Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price. To the extent allowed by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms. When you accept them, Apple has the right to enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary.
